Ashram Housing Association's Reducing Domestic Violence Project provides a culturally and linguistically sensitive support service to South Asian women aged 16-65 who are experiencing, or who have experienced domestic violence. "Having left home Asian women face isolation and usually condemnation from the Asian community. By providing comprehensive support, advocacy, information and advice we aim to empower South Asian women to reassert their cultural identity, self-confidence, motivation and pride."
