BICF is a representative, "umbrella" group for over 60 affiliated Irish organisations within Birmingham. We have been working with the Irish community of Birmingham since 1993.

Introduction
The role of the BICF is to represent the economic, social, cultural, health and educational needs of the Irish in Birmingham. As well as promoting the interests of the Irish community as a whole, it also acts as a point of contact between the Irish community and the relevant local statutory and voluntary organisations. The BICF works with, supports, and represents some 60+ affiliate organisations.
